Market Watch is a quarterly report compiled by the local Multiple Listing Service (Trend MLS). This report details economic and residential home sales report. In this report you will find employment and labor trends, housing market trends, and sales broken down by Zip Code. I have only included the reports for Bucks County, Montgomery County and Philadelphia County. At the end of the report is an interesting article by one of the Trend® MLS economists and NAR economists.
